BURN PERMITS REQUIRED

As of May 10th, Idaho Department of Lands (IDL)
requires residents living outside of city limits to obtain a burn permit prior to starting controlled burn activities, including the burning of slash piles or field burning.

In addition, Timberlake Fire Burn Regulations are required to be on-site while burning year-around. 

The burn permits are free of charge. No permit is needed for recreational campfires.
