If you are interested in becoming a part of the Timberlake Fire Protection District, please click on the link below to download a membership application. 
After we receive your application, the chief will contact you to schedule an interview.
We will conduct a standard pre-employment style background check conducted by a professional background investigator.  This includes criminal history and driving record.
The chief will contact you to discuss the results of your interview and background check.
MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS

Attend weekly Monday night trainings at 6:30 PM with an attendance rate of 66.6%, evaluated quarterly.  We conduct one Saturday training each month which can count as make up training for 2 regular Monday training nights.

Respond to at least 9 emergency calls per month.  You can standby at the station or volunteer hours in other fire district activities to make up the number of calls (2 hours of time = 1 call).


The Timberlake Fire Protection District is a combination fire department consisting of 8 career staff and 25 volunteers. 

We at capacity on the number of volunteeers we can financially support.  At this time, we are not adding volunteers.  We will retain any new applications for a 12 month period and will only consider those applicants who reside within the fire district.
